as i sit here in my new (to me) apartment that has no a/c as the sun has just decided to come through the skylight, i thought i'd update.
memorial day was sweet! my parents really met my girlfriend and love her more than they love me! not to mention they fed us a good amount of alcohol.
so far the new apartment has been good to me. got all moved in. kelley's cat has been an interesting roommate so far. she came in to wake me up at 8 in the morning by meowing and rubbing up against me. i can tell this cat will be tons of fun to watch as it walks all over my stuff and makes me chuckle lightly to myself. i'd hate to see what goes on in my room when i leave.
this summer better hold some crucial hang out sessions! i already went over to tims and sat on his portch to drink some beers. i came home to walk out and relax on the roof with kelley for a bit.
i have a show tomorrow! i haven't practiced. i think i'm about to. in any case it's at the bug jar and i will be playing with a bunch of sweet dewdz, including tim and jono. it's at 8 and it's $5 over/$7 under. come out! have fun! it's almost my birthday, do it for me! the big 21 in 5 days!
i also have to go to wisconsin for a family reunion. i think i will go to the ho chunk casino with my dad. it will be cool to travel a little. getting out of rochester is needed this summer. no hate, i just can't be cooped up all summer.
